For this resit module titled: (Festivals) I have shot Tafywl which is a welsh language and culture festival located in Cardiff Castle. The set of photographs shows how consumerism of a festival can be locally sourced from surrounding areas (Wales). This demonstrates how smaller or local venders can have an influencing role within a Festival despite not having popular branding.

Tafywl expanded itself from a small local event in 2005 which had just over 100 attendees to a celebrated festival which last year had a head count of 40,000 people spread over 3 days. All food at Tafywl is locally sourced in wales, the cheese toastie stall shown were serving 3 different types of welsh cheese. Hafod Welsh organic cheddar, Dolwen and Pant Ysgawn organic goats cheese

The festival has other stages such as an arts tent where local authors, poets and others in the creative arts come and celebrate their talent and love for the welsh culture by expressive forms of art
